Terms and Conditions of Use

All participants of TD Fantasy Leagues LLC agree to and are bound by the below terms and conditions once initial payment of league fee is made.
Agreement of terms does not expire.

Section 1 - Overview:
TD Fantasy Leagues LLC provides a true feel of team ownership for those who wish to compete against others with comparable skill levels.
This site is not in any way affiliated with, endorsed or licensed by the National Football League, any NFL team or NFLPA member.
All partners, sponsors, affiliates of TD Fantasy Leagues LLC shall be released of all liability and held harmless in all cases regarding any and all league activity.

Section 2 - Eligibility:
Entrants must be 18 years of age.

All federal, state, local, and provincial laws and regulations apply. It is the responsibility of the individual participant to be aware of all federal, state, local, and provincial laws and regulations.
Any taxes on prize winnings are the responsibility of prize recipient.

Section 3 - League Fees:
All league fees charged are based on supplying our customers with the true look and feel of owning and managing a sports team.
TDFL Leagues are strictly considered games of skill in an entertaining, friendly and social environment.

Section 4 - Conduct:
Owners are to be respectful of one another, as well as league commissioner and staff. Conduct that is deemed detrimental to the league or to TD Fantasy Leagues LLC will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, posts and or emails that are harassing or disrespectful in nature and serve no purpose other than to cause discord within the league or to others.
Any attempts to intentionally and/or negatively impact the integrity of the league (i.e. threatening to, or refusal to submit lineups, acts of collusion, dumping of players, or lopsided trades, etc.) will result in an immediate expulsion, without refund.
All disputes shall be brought to the attention of the league commissioner ONLY!!

League wide emails intended to disrupt the league will not be tolerated and any franchise owner who insists on being disruptive, insulting and/or disrespectful to franchise owners or TDFL staff may be subject to removal from league without warning or appeal process and will forfeit any prize awards.

Negative, insulting, slanderous, and aggressive emails are considered cyber harassment and will be reported.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, all team owners formally request NOT to receive harassing, threatening or any disruptive correspondence of any kind.

Section 5 - Payouts/ Taxes:
It is the responsibility of the individual participant to be aware of all federal, state, local, and provincial laws and regulations.
Any taxes on prize winnings are the responsibility of prize recipient.
Any prize awards over $600 require winner to submit completed form acknowledging acceptance of prize award prior to issuing of prize.
TD Fantasy Leagues LLC is not responsible for taxes on individual award receipts.

Section 6 - Release and Indemnity:
All partners, sponsors, affiliates of TD Fantasy Leagues LLC shall be released of all liability and held harmless in all cases regarding any and all league activity.
By agreeing to terms, each league participant releases and holds harmless TD Fantasy Leagues LLC and all associates, affiliates, partners, sponsors, advertisers of TD Fantasy Leagues LLC.
